It is understood that at the time of this sale, this dog is considered to be pet quality but is representative of its breed.

This dog has received age-appropriate vaccines and worming’s.

It is best suited for a companion animal. All genetic testing done on the parents is public on the

orthopedic foundation for animals’ website under their registered names.

This dog is guaranteed for 14 days from date of sale (per  ☐ PA /  ☐  KY  puppy lemon law unless a veterinary health certificate accompanies dog at time of purchase) for any health issues not disclosed to the buyer except protozoans, with supporting vet documentation provided to seller within 24 hours of vet appointment.

All transportation costs are at buyers’ expense. This does not include injuries that occurred after the buyer took possession of the dog. There will be a $5000 breach of contract fee for each breach of contract. This dog is being sold as a pet only on limited registration and spay/neuter contract.

Spay/neuter should not be done until the dog is at least 12 months old.

Any breeding, whether intentional or accidental, is considered a breach of contract! No dog can be rehomed/sold/turned over to a rescue or shelter for any reason and MUST be returned to me at

buyers’ expense with no refund due to buyer unless buyer is notified and agrees to new prospective home! Under no circumstances can this dog be turned over to a rescue or shelter!

This agreement shall be governed by the laws in the state of   ☐  PA and Jefferson County   /   ☐  KY and LaRue County, to the exclusion of any other forum and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

Both the Buyer and Seller have read the above contract and understand and agree to all the conditions stated herein. No amendments or attachments have been made/added to this contract.

This contract is legal and binding. Both parties agree that any legal action to enforce this contract will be brought forth in   ☐  Jefferson County, PA  /    ☐  LaRue County, KY where the breeder resides.
